COWGIRL COOL AT HOTEL DROVER
We knew when we added The Windsor to our chair collection, there would be a couple who leaned into its contemporary tone, even while keeping in step with their Stockyards traditions.
Shannon Rose Events created a luxurious seating arrangement for her Fort Worth bride at the always fabulous Hotel Drover featuring our highly sought Windsor Chair. This soft, midcentury style is for the bride who wears Manolo Blahniks during the wedding and trades her heels for Luchesse boots for the reception. With a slightly white-washed natural frame with a light grey cushion, the refined Windsor strikes an elegant contrast to the ultra-rustic aesthetic of the Hotel Drover. To further lean into this contemporary cool, Shannon complimented the masculine mood of the luxury barn hotel ballroom by bringing in minimalist tabletop pieces in natural and smokey tones.

EPICUREAN AESTHETIC AT BOWIE HOUSE

Planner William Robertson curated a tastemaker-worthy tablescape featuring heritage patterns and regal 24K accents for a stunning three-day affair in Fort Worth. His Monique Lhuillier Bride Megan opted for a traditional 3-course reception dinner at Bowie House after her Fort Worth nuptials.
The foundation piece was of course the Charles Sadek Exotic Bird plate–a fine bone china with exceptional 18k gold detail and stunning design. Created as a tribute to the English Chelsea Bird pattern (with the original set resting in The Smithsonian Museum no less), this refined pattern is a fitting showstopper for an Auberge wedding moment.

Karli Spangler Events brought in one of our favorite French Champagne Agate chargers, wrapped it in a custom bandana, and created a chic tablescape that had cowboy charm written all over it. Marie Daâge is one of the first modern designers to combine contrasting designs and colors within a table setting into a signature style. Humorous and quirky, or subtle and sumptuous, her designs evoke the art and style of French living, richly conveyed by the fluidity and translucence of hand painting. It is uniquely fitting to find her influence right at home in the Stockyards, where the one key to getting your style right is to be authentically YOU.
