Art in Bloom International at the Dallas Museum of Art was the place to be last week. Thanks to hundreds of ladies decked out in bold blouses and bright dresses, the DMA was a colorful spectacle at the annual Art in Bloom International Symposium and Luncheon. This festive fete is the sole fundraiser for the DMA League, which provides fresh floral arrangements for the museum and supports the museum through education and social programs.
Festive florals and tablescapes dressed up the DMA in vibrant spring colors. The twist this year? A tabletop design competition that featured all of our most P.O.S.H. pieces. The theme was international- a fun take on different countries, cultures, and continents. The lucky winner of this competition Jewel Williams won a trip to London with a private tour at Kensington Palace Gardens!
Guests enjoyed a champagne welcome with luxury shopping in the concourse after walking the “green carpet” followed by a premier presentation by Dr. Todd Longstaffe-Gowan, Garden Adviser to five Historic Royal Palaces in Greater London. After an enlightening symposium, guests were treated to a three-course fare of international delights.
P.S. Love what you see? Check back in weekly for features on each tabletop design from Art In Bloom.
Thank you to Tamytha Cameron for the fabulous photos.
Happy Planning!
