Our Team

We are always in awe of Laurel's behind-the-scenes action. Whether its managing our impressive team working around the clock or her commitment to customer service, she sets the standard with an unparalleled work ethic. Being in the business since the age of 19 will do that to you. Her pulse on the next trend gives us a fresh eye each season in curating stylish additions to our always expanding tabletop collections.

After spending over twenty-five years managing elite Dallas catering kitchens, Jami is our go-to for large scale culinary feasts. She always has known the power of a classic white catering collection in promoting the sophisticated cuisine that is the work of a chef par excellence. Meanwhile, she'll think nothing of spending a weekend scouring antique auctions with Laurel for the perfect Limoges accent to add to our premier collections.

With a degree in food and beverage management, Karla rounds out her experience with restaurant management. A foodie and travel enthusiast, we can always count on Karla to recommend the next hot spot. She's also the force that keeps our showroom floor looking POSH and running smoothly.

Jordan is our organized, check everything twice lady. She strives to make every detail perfect for your event, no matter how large or small. Often, she ends up being your best friend before the whole process is over. Her favorite part of the job is helping charities dream up stylish events without compromising strict budgets. She also enjoys working with local chefs and catering teams, which only comes naturally considering her dad runs six restaurants.

The sign of a good Controller is a calm demeanor and positive energy, something Casey has in spades. Her notion that a great attitude gets you everywhere stacks up as well as her accomplished resume. From working her way up in the catering world, beginning with the Pappas Restaurants family and transitioning to SMU, Casey has over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her happy place is her home, but that sunshine spills over into the showroom every day. Here are just a few of her favorite things:
Favorite excuse to set the table: Christmas! We love to host our annual Christmas Eve party with both sides of the family every year.
Tablescape Vibe: Farmhouse style–rustic with every shade of blue.
Why you love the event industry: I love seeing all the pieces come together to make an event magical, especially weddings. When at Pappas, I worked a wedding almost every weekend and loved to see their dream day come to life. The hard work that the hospitality industry puts in is always amazing to see. From the management down to the back of the house team, it takes all the pieces to make an event successful.

We love that Baylie lists puzzles as one of her favorite hobbies because you need that same vision and patience to determine every design paradox in the event industry. With a Hospitality Management degree from DBU and over twelve years in the industry, Baylie has a composed and stylish knack for discerning exactly what a client needs as a Sales Stylist. Here are just a few of her favorite things:
Favorite POSH piece. Mottahedeh Tobacco Leaf or the Lenox Radiance Collections
Tablescape Vibe: I’m usually a sucker for the farm table escape (country girl at heart), but I say when people mix and match for any theme is my favorite because you get that pop.
What inspires her: Travel! Location always determines the theme of an event, and I love visiting a cool place I’ve never been to before.
Skye followed her heart straight into the event industry, obtaining four years of first-hand experience with Dallas-based luxury florist RLove Floral. Her deep knowledge of floral design, event strategies, and creative styling methods offers valuable insight into implementing a client’s vision directly to tabletop. Weaving in textures, cohesive colors, and iconic patterns into an authentic aesthetic is just one of her talents—marathons just might be another!
"Trends are always changing [so] it’s important to remember whatever you like is most important. . . P.O.S.H. offers an immense amount of styles so you have the power to create. I’m excited to see MORE.”
As a young girl, Savannah knew she would create magic in the event industry. As a student at the University of Oklahoma, she split her time earning a degree in Communications while also working weekends with a luxury wedding planner. As a born and raised DFW girl, she knew she was destined to begin her post-graduate career in Dallas. It was this drive towards creativity, discipline to detail, plus a fresh styling perspective that makes her a natural at bringing our client’s visions to life, one table at a time.
“I believe china is the heart of any tablescape. It is where we get to play with color, design, and pattern to tell a unique story. . . I love hearing a client’s vision and having the opportunity to transform those ideas into reality.”
